Crow Trader is a desktop trading bot that connects to Weex through your own account. It runs on macOS (Apple Silicon) and Windows, keeps your API keys on your machine, and never routes your orders through anyone else's server. Weex is also the one venue with a free live-trading license path.
Start free in Evaluation mode: paper trade Weex pairs on live public prices and backtest strategies on historical candles. When you are ready, a license plus your own Weex API keys and an explicit confirm-to-enable step unlock live spot trading.
What the bot does on Weex
- Paper trading on live prices. A shared USDC/USDT quote pool, starting capital you choose, realized P&L, and per-pair on/off switches.
- Backtesting. Run any of the nine strategies against historical candles, then start the same configuration as paper with no re-entry.
- Multi-pair board. Clone a proven setup onto the top 20 same-quote spot pairs over $50M daily volume, each sized at 5% of paper capital.
- Licensed live trading. Spot only, on your own Weex API keys, behind a confirm-to-enable switch. Fees come from Weex directly — no markup.

- Is a Weex trading bot allowed?
- Weex supports API trading through user-generated API keys, which is exactly how Crow Trader connects. You create the keys in your own Weex account and they stay on your computer.
- Does Crow Trader hold my crypto or exchange account?
- No. You bring your own exchange account and your own API keys. Crow Trader never holds funds, and trading fees come from your exchange directly — there is no hidden markup.
- Is there a free way to try Crow Trader?
- Yes, two. Evaluation mode is free and unlocks paper trading and backtesting with live trading locked. The Free Weex license (register through the Crow Trader referral and honor your Weex UID) unlocks Weex-only live trading when you enable it. The Full license is $199 paid in ADA and unlocks every supported venue.
- How does live trading unlock?
- Three explicit steps: a license (Free Weex or Full), your own exchange API keys, and a confirm-to-enable switch inside the app. Live trading is spot only — no futures, no leverage. Nothing on the website can turn live trading on.
- Is Crow Trader finished software?
- Crow Trader is a public beta. Expect bugs and updates. Paper trading and backtesting are the recommended starting point, and past performance — paper or live — never guarantees future results.
- What is the Free Weex license?
- Register a Weex account through the Crow Trader referral (weex.com/register?vipCode=trq7), then honor your Weex UID in the app. That grants a Weex-only license: full paper trading and backtesting everywhere, and live spot trading on Weex when you enable it — no $199 purchase needed.
